Rev. Charles Scott Williams DMin, PhD is a New Jersey native and an ordained minister with the Presbyterian Church of America (PCA). He has been married to his beautiful Bride Celia from Eudora, Arkansas for over 30 years. Chuck holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Central Florida, MA in Philosophical Theology from Reformed Theological Seminary (Orlando), he is a graduate of the United States Army’s Command and General Staff College; and hold a DMin in Moral Leadership and Ethics from Erskine Theological Seminary and a PhD in Systematic Theology from the University of Edinburgh. Chuck’s ministry experience in the Church spans over twenty years and includes serving as a Deacon, Director of Christian Education, Ruling Elder, and has served for thirteen years as an active duty chaplain with the United States Army. Chuck retired from the military in 2018 at the rank of Major. Celia has also served in numerous ministry leadership positions alongside Chuck throughout their marriage. She has served as the President of Women in the Church at their home church, River Oaks Church (PCA) in Lake Mary, Florida, Worship Leader and pianist for several chapel services and Protestant Women of the Chapel organizations. She has also taught numerous Bible studies for women and children’s ministry classes. Chuck and Celia currently reside in Dade City, FL.
