Rev. Charles Scott Williams DMin, PhD

Rev. Charles Scott Williams DMin, PhD is a New Jersey native and an ordained minister with the Presbyterian Church of America (PCA). He has been married to his beautiful Bride Celia from Eudora, Arkansas for over 31 years. 

Chuck holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Central Florida, MA in Systematic and Philosophical Theology from Reformed Theological Seminary (Orlando), he is a graduate of the United States Army’s Command and General Staff College; a DMin in Moral Leadership and Ethics from Erskine Theological Seminary, and a PhD in Systematic Theology from the University of Edinburgh. 

Chuck’s ministry experience in the Church spans over twenty five years and includes serving the Church as a Deacon, Director of Christian Education, Bible Teacher, Ruling Elder and Teaching Elder. He also served for thirteen years as an active duty chaplain with the United States Army, retiring from the military in 2018 at the rank of Major.

Celia has also served in numerous women’s ministry leadership positions alongside Chuck throughout their marriage. She has served as the President of Women in the Church at their home church, River Oaks Church (PCA) in Lake Mary, Florida, Pianist for several chapel services and Protestant Women of the Chapel organizations. She has taught numerous Bible studies for women and children’s ministry classes. Most notably Celia has been called on numerous occasions to perform dozens of Memorial ceremonies for our fallen soldiers, particularly in the Army’s Special Operations and 82nd Airborne Division communities at Fort Bragg, NC. 

Chuck and Celia currently reside in Pasco County, Florida where they have recently planted a church with the Presbyterian Church in America.
